Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time. Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Most orders arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple packages. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address issues. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@sudsy.shop right away and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
